Job Summary

Support project leadership by coordinating and executing project plans on-site, liaising with stakeholders, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards to drive successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities by assisting Project Manager, Process Manager, and Engineering Manager to ensure timely execution of project plans at the site
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with sub-contractors, clients, and other relevant parties to align project objectives and resolve issues promptly
• Attend site meetings and inspections to monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays
• Prepare and submit accurate project reports and records to document progress and compliance as required
• Implement and enforce safe work procedures and environmental control measures to maintain a secure and compliant work site

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in project coordination or engineering roles
• Effective communication skills demonstrated through teamwork and stakeholder engagement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD to support project documentation and design review
• Availability to commence work on short notice to meet project scheduling needs
