Job Description

Supervision & Co-Ordination
Monitoring Work Schedule
Liaise with relevant Consultants, Clients and Authority
Coordinate with all Subcontractors on matters pertaining to site and quality issues;
Ensure all contractual requirements are complied with agreed procedures.
Check working drawing, identify discrepancies for resolution.
Check for quality of work according to specification and requirement;
Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all trades implementation on site
Liaise with consultant and carry out site inspection
Attend weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors on work progression and prepare monthly meeting progression report.
Tender and Contract documents administration
Prepare bill of quantities, cost estimation, cost comparison and cost control.
Analyse specifications and standards based on Projects.
Identification and engagement of good subcontractors / suppliers.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
