Project Engineer

Requirement: :

1 Have a valid class 3/4 driving license.

2 Familiar driving in Singapore roads.

3 At least 4 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.

4 Candidate must possess at least education Civil Engineering Degree.

5 Need to Know Autocad Software, Microsoft Word / Excel, PDF Editor Software

Job Description :

1. Provide analytical support to General Manager in executing assigned projects.

2. Plan and coordinate project activities for timely completions.

3. Assess potential issues and technical challenges and accordingly develop resolutions.

4. Interact with various teams to coordinate project activities.

5. Participate in project design meetings and recommend improvements if needed.

6. Assist in project design and development activities.

7. Work with General Manager in change order management, project tracking and document control activities. 8. Track project progress and ensure all project activities are completed on-time.

9. Monitor project schedules regularly to determine any delays or deviations.

10. Attend project meetings and follow-up with outstanding tasks.

11. Develop project reports for management and clients.

12. Analyse and resolve project issues in a timely and accurate manner.

13. Coordinate with management in developing project scope, plan, deliverables, budget and milestones.

14. Oversee project correspondences and prepare and review project related emails, letters, proposals, memos, meeting minutes and other documents.

15. Review contract requirements and process invoices in timely manner.

16. Need to Know Microsoft Office (Excel,Word, Powerpoint) and Auto Cad Sofware.
