PROJECT LEAD

• Lead the project team in the execution of projects.
• Document minutes of meetings and effectively communicate with external parties and internal departments (Design review, schedule, delays, technical clarifications, etc.).
• Managing Contract terms. Be well versed on contract conditions and plan to meet the conditions
• Ensure on schedule delivery by working closely with customers and project team.
• Coordinates with all stakeholders.
• Monitor and deliver within budgets
• Prepare scheduled project updates and reports to management, highlighting on new risks
• Look out for opportunity on contract variations and provide timely quotes when needed
• Perform tendering work when requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Project Management, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Project.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Desire to learn and possess a positive attitude towards results and challenges.
