Project Management Intern ( July / August / September Intake )

• Review and compare samples and artworks to ensure they align with project timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor the progress of deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines, and flagging discrepancies or delays.
• Identify potential roadblocks or issues in the workflow and escalate them to the relevant team members or managers promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and provide updates on project status, ensuring smooth progress and timely resolution of any concerns.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to our colleagues in China
• Excellent interpersonal and communication
• Able to multitask and manage projects smoothly
