Job Description

Partner with product manager and designers to conduct user Interviews.
Partner with product manager to run sprint plannings, scrums,
retrospectives.
Track and manage development pace to ensure timely delivery.
Conduct and support thorough systems, users, and security tests pre-release.
Run user education campaigns to drive product adoption post-release.
Provide product support and work with product/engineering to identify and fix bugs.

Experience in building digital products.
Proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources.
End to end experience working with product team to build products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute taking and technical writing.
Highly meticulous and tenacious, follows up with things to closure.
Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.
Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis
Professional are a plus.
Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus.
Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus.
