Job Description

Prospect for new leads and clients
Conceptualise, plan and execute events and roadshows and ensure that the project timelines are met.
Supervise and manage site recce, manpower, external vendors, event set-up and tear-down.
Responsible for ensuring smooth execution and operation on-site during events & conferences.
Plan, co-ordinate, monitor and execute all events and activities independently.
Establish rapport and maintain contact with clients to encourage repeat business
Finalize logistic requirements of confirmed events, maximizing revenue through up selling and ensure all information are shared effectively
Handle all documentation to be sent to clients (e.g. Event Orders and Permit forms)
Handle all incoming telephone enquires effectively
Handle on pre-event discussion to delivering actual event arrangements
Liaison internally and with external vendors (ie: Rental of AV equipment, floral arrangements, backdrops, photography, transportation)
Assist with any other projects and duties as requested
Understanding project requirements and ideas.
Participating in various design projects from concept to completion
Collaborating with the team to launch projects.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
