Job Description

Overall, in charge of the operations of projects undertaken by the Company.
Build and maintain an effective operations team.
Able to handle all trades of works on-site (ie structural works, architectural works, building works, M&E works, interior fitting-out works).
Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans, designs, and technical specifications
Monitor and regulate the schedule and quality performance of all subcontractors.
Collaborate with consultants on design analysis, approvals, and addressing technical issues.
Conduct regular site progress meetings with clients and consultants, and supervise work progress.
Ensure the project is completed within the specified time, budget, and quality standards.
Review and provide project-related correspondence including progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
Manage defects’ rectification and improvement works of completed projects.
Implement various quality, safety and environmental management systems.
