Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing project progress, manpower and site operations.
• Plan master construction and catch-up programs.
• Resolve drawing discrepancies and liaise with consultants.
• Oversee scheduling, construction methods, and resource usage.
• Uphold safety standards and maintain quality control.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct cost estimation, cost planning, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage procurement, supplier/vendor quotations, and contractor payments.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular cost reports to management.
• Prepare tender write-ups, technical proposals, construction methodologies, and other submission documents.
• Prepare budgeting, cost tracking, variation order preparation, and procurement activities.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Demonstrated expertise in project planning, scheduling, and cost management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
• Thorough understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements in Singapore
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
