Project Manager

We are an established construction company with 19 over years of operation for the piping business catering for semi-conductor, etc

We have 2 vacancies for Project Managers

* Assist in all matters pertaining to project planning scheduling, and execution for semiconductor plant projects and piping works.
* Liaise with co-ordinate with client’s representative, sub-contractors of the project
* Attend meetings with the client and consultants and discuss technical matters
* Overall progress and ways to resolve issues
* Update regularly through progress reports
* Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
* Ensure efficient site management and the Safety team to enforce safety rules and good practices
* Organize labor, equipment and material for day-to-day site activities
* Prepare daily and monthly progress reports, perform and maintain inspection records.

* Any other duties assigned by the PD

Requirement

At least a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
A minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in semiconductor plant construction, piping works, and construction management.
Demonstrated experience in a leadership role on complex projects.
Class 3 Licence if any
