We provide full training:

• from 2D AutoCAD to 3D Sketch Up
• from serving customers to site coordination
• from material knowledge to quotation costing
• we are looking for Gems who are customer service orientated, team player, self driven.
• candidates must have at least 1 year relevant experience

Responsibilities:

• Understand homeowner requirement and propose space planning with layout and material
• Liaising with interior designer for drawing
• Draw in 2D AutoCAD & 3D Sketch Up and transform to machine cutting
• Able to operate and write SOP for the company machines to improve productivity
• Responsible to supervise work progress and meet the timeline
• Responsible to liaise with suppliers and subcontractors and interior designer in order to have good quality works and resolve some design issue
• Work closely with in-house carpentry teams, sales marketing team and external designers

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related qualification
• Min 1 year's experience in interior design or construction project managment
• Must fluent in Mandarin (in order to handle queries and concerns from Chinese speaking counterparts in regards with the interior design related matters.)
• Creative, independent, self-discipline, willing to learn and meticulous
• Good social skills, love to talk to customer, good customer relationship management
