Responsible for overseeing the renovation by providing on-site management, developing a strategic plan, monitoring, and adapting as needed.

We’re seeking a systematic & meticulous Project Manager to join us.
- To prepare project timeline schedules, monitoring of project costing and relevant submission document during Pitching Stage.
- To ensure the profit margin and project timeline is achieved accordingly the set target.
- Manage manpower & resources to execute site works within the project timeline.
- Day to Day Project Management, including attendance of site meetings, client’s briefing / site measurement.
- Provide technical advice and pre-empt potential challenges to Team & Client.
- Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate delays, cost overruns, or safety issues.
- Responsible for initiating corrective actions & providing solutions to solve the issues on site.
- Carry out defects servicing of completed projects and maintain records of such servicing.
- Update project progress to the Project Director on regular basis.
- Attractive profit sharing on project basis.
Requirements:
- Min 5 years of related experience in Interior Design Industry/Renovation
- Candidates with experience in the Architecture and Interior Works will be advantageous.
- Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of project.
- Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication.
- Resourceful: Able to adapt according to the changing environment
- Able to communicate effectively with clients and main-contractors.
- Willingness to travel overseas for project or procurement purpose.
