Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget.

• Lead project teams and coordinate tasks among stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

• Communicate updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Foster collaboration and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering & Electrical or Diploma in a related field.

• 2 years of experience in project management.

• Strong knowledge of project management tools & methodologies

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Construction Safety Certification is a plus.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
