Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee aluminium fabrication and installation projects. You will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and successful delivery of projects, ensuring deadlines, quality standards and customer expectations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadand manage the project, from initial planning and scheduling to final handover.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate execution of project requirements.
• Supervise site teams to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to timelines.
• Plan and allocate manpower and materials for production and installation activities.
• Liaise with clients and contractor to manage expectations and resolve issues.
• Attend site and coordination meetings with clients.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports and escalate delays or problems when necessary.
• Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, specifications and client requirements.
• Continuously improve processes and team performance for better efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in aluminium works.

Strong knowledge of site processes, fabrication and installation practices.

Excellent leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in project scheduling and progress monitoring.
