Purchaser (Construction)

Responsibilities：

• Responsible for engineering material procurement and warehouse management, with a sincere work attitude and a willingness to follow project arrangements.
• Proficient in construction site materials and tools, with experience in engineering material procurement.
• Monitoring and managing inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Verifying invoices, receipts, and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
• Listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities in both Chinese and English, and skilled in computer usage.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in administration, purchasing, or accounting roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and purchasing processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
