Quality Assurance Executive

Salary $2,500 - $3,000

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Maintaining documentation of the Food Safety Management System, FSSC 22000/ ISO22000, HACCP and Halal certification.
Ensure compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations and other relevant standards.
Assist in external audits conducted by regulatory bodies and customer audits.
Conduct in investigating and findings of any food safety related issue raised by internal or external customers
Raise suppliers’ non-conformances for investigation & corrective action.
Conduct inspection on GMP/Pest Control/Food Hygiene Safety in the company’s compound
Assist in conducting food safety training.
Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Analyse and interpret laboratory test results.
Any other ad-hoc duties and project as required

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Food Science and Technology or equivalent
At least 1 year experience as QA / QC, Relevant experience in food manufacturing sector will be an added advantage
Understanding of FSSC / ISO22000 / Halal requirement is added advantage
Positive working attitude with good adaptability
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good language and communication skills
