QA/QC Engineer

Job Descriptions:

• To plan, coordinate and execute quality assurance and quality control of project
• To ensure all products are executed in accordance to contract specifications
• To liaise and coordinates with suppliers / sub-contractors to ensure quality control
• To plan and arrange of transportation for delivery of materials to site
• Facilitate in monitoring material status updates and traceability records while maintaining scheduled workload
• Facilitate on off-site inspection/ sampling / testing and submission of materials
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment and aiming for zero accident
• Making sure sites meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Min 3 years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry, preferably in structural steelwork
• Familiar with CONQUAS and QMA scheme
• Knowlege in quality control documentation.
• With welding inspection certificate (CSWIP 3.1) an advantage
