QC/ Quality Control Executive (Ice Cream Manufacturing)

We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) Officer to join our team and ensure our products meet regulatory and company quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods
• Conduct visual inspection, sampling, and basic testing procedures
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO)
• Prepare and maintain QC documentation and reports
• Assist in internal audits and support process improvements
• Work closely with production and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant QC experience in manufacturing (preferably food-related)
• At least Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
• Familiar with GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards
• Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and positive attitude.
