QHSE & Operation Executive

Job Description

• Performing QA/QC duties.
• Carrying out day to day operations including quality checks, documentation up keep and attending to internal and external stakeholders.
• Responsible for all aspects of the quality system.
• Plan, conduct and monitor inspection and testing of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
• Assist in investigations of products and materials complaint, reject, recall and returned from customers.
• Assure on-going compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
• Preparing and conducting yearly Food Safety audits, including SFA (Singapore Food Agency), ISO 22000 and other stakeholder/s audits
• Facilitate product innovation, sensory evaluation, and shelf-life studies for new product development
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and initiatives as assigned

Requirements:

• Highly meticulous and pay attention to detail
• Willing to work on repetitive work with good quality, able to meet strict deadlines
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Food & Safety Hygiene preferred
• Moderately IT-Proficient
• Positive working attitude, a strong team player
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is a plus
