QS cum Drafter

We are seeking candidates to fill the position of Quantity Surveyor cum Draft Person. Individuals with good electrical installation knowledge and related project site work experiences are preferred. Candidates' position and salary shall be commensurate with level of experiences, skills set and academic qualifications.

Individuals are to assist Project Team in:

· study tender docs, prepare material list and project costing etc for tender submission

· prepare AUTOCAD drawing, must familiar with electrical SLD, schematic diagram, layout plan etc. Those whom proficient in 3D will be an added advantage

· Prepare materials submission, Shop Drawings & As Built Engineering Drawings for projects

· liaise with Engineer and supervisor to ensure requirement are met

Requirements:

• Candidates with tertiary qualification are preferred
• Well proficiency in English (both speak and writing)
• Fresh Graduate are welcome / experiences in the related field will be added advantage
• Preferably with specialized in Engineering - Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent.
• Good PC skills and those whom are well proficient in Autocad 2D/3D and Microsoft office
• Energetic, self motivated, creative thinking and good problem solving skills
• Willing to learn, positive attitude & Self Discipline
