QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

Job Summary

You will lead the organization and coordination of the Quality Department’s management activities, driving adherence to quality standards and resolving exceptions to ensure operational excellence. You will supervise production site compliance, manage quality communications, and develop team capabilities through targeted training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization and coordination of management activities within the Quality Department to ensure efficient operations
• Manage internal and external quality communications to promptly address and resolve quality exceptions
• Supervise production site personnel to ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures and quality standards
• Monitor and follow up on abnormal quality issues on-site to ensure timely and effective resolution
• Coordinate daily workflows within the Quality Department to maintain consistent quality performance
• Evaluate and confirm quality-related issues based on established conventional standards to support decision-making
• Investigate and handle work errors within the department, assessing performance to drive continuous improvement
• Design and deliver job training programs for subordinate employees to enhance team skills and compliance
