Quality Control Supervisor (Food Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (FSC 22000/ BRCGS).
• Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Maintain and review quality control documentation, reports, and records.
• Perform sampling, sensory evaluations, and laboratory tests when required.
• Identify and report quality issues or non-conformities; assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure good manufacturing practices (GMP) are followed.
• Assist in internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Train production staff on hygiene, safety, and quality protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for product quality and safety.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant QC experience in the food manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge of food safety standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with FSC 22000 and BRC systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible with shift schedules (if applicable).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QC reporting tools.
• Willing to work weekends and evening shifts.
