Quality Surveyor (Main Con) - Up to $6000 + Bonus + Allowance

• Up till S$6,000 + Bonus + AWS
• 5 Days work week
• Established Main Contractor in Singapore
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in construction industry
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or any construction related degree

Our Client, a well-known and established main contractor in Singapore, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Quality Surveyor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Tender Process
• Site visit
• Tender Clarification
• BOQ and measurement
• Cost estimation
• Negotiation with sub-con and suppliers
• Source for products, materials, or equipment for projects
• Tender submission / Prepare quotation to client
• Project Process
• Letter of award to subcontractor/supplier
• Coordinate with site for subcon and contractual issues
• Process progress claim to clients
• Evaluate progress claim from subcontractors
• Manage variation orders / Final Account
• Able to perform site quantity surveyor duties, if required
• Maintain proper documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or any construction related degree is preferred but not required
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in construction industry

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location : Sembawang North
• Working Days/Hours : 5 days/ 9am – 6pm
