Quality Technician

• Responsible for quality control by following ISO 9001 quality system procedures and support to meet quality objectives.
• Perform incoming and FA measurements and testing by following work instructions and procedures.
• Support incoming, in-process and out-going inspection activities including Buyoff at vendor sites.
• Record and update accurate data in system.
• Responsible for calibration of template/fixtures.
• Support engineers in troubleshooting and investigation on failure products.
• Support work with production to resolve technical and quality issues.
• Feedback to engineers on inspection and quality issues.
• Issue NCMR in system and communicate to production.
• Responsible for 5S housekeeping.
• Participate in the 6S and continuous improvement program.
• Performs other duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives.

Experience

• At least 2 years QC or quality related experience, preferred familiar with ISO 9001.
• Experience in using CMM , Faro and measuring equipment such as calipers and height gauges is preferred.
• Able to read and interpret electrical schematic diagrams will be a plus.

 Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Able to read technical drawings.
• Good Interpersonal skills and able to work as a team.
• Meticulous and paying attention to details.
• Able to use Basic Microsoft excel
• Understand GD&T is a plus
• Basic knowledge and understanding in conducting a RCA is a plus.

Education

• Minimum ITE Technical background.
