Quantity Survey

* Accurately interpet drawings and specifications, and measures/calculate the quantities required by the project;

* To perform measurement and cost breakdown;

* Prepare Bill of Quantities;

* To identify and evaluate variation work;

* Obtained quotations and do up evaluation for the quotations;

* Preparation of Work Order, Contractual Agreement and Payment Certificates;

* Ensure progressive claims are promptly put up through accurate measurement of actual works completed;

* Knowledge of using Autocad and Microsoft office software;

* Other adhoc duties as assigned by Contracts Manager;

Requirement:

* Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering / Building Works

* Able to work independently with minimun guidat e and under presswure to meet deadlines.
