Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to Senior Contracts Manager
  • Prepare tender submission, handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts
  • Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers, and contractors on certification of claims for payments

Requirements:

  • Degree/ Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying
  • 2 years’ relevant experience with contractors
  • Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, good team player, and able to meet tight deadlines
