Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.

✔ Monitor project expenditures, variations, and progress claims.

✔ Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.

✔ Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.

✔ Review contracts, BOQs, and ensure compliance with project specifications.

✔ Support procurement and subcontractor negotiations.

✔ Provide timely financial reports and cost control measures.

Requirements:

✅ Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

✅ Minimum 2-3 years of QS experience (fresh graduates with strong academic records may apply).

✅ Proficiency in QS software (e.g., CostX, BuildSoft) and Microsoft Excel.

✅ Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

✅ Knowledge of Singapore construction contracts (SIA, REDAS, etc.) and regulations.

✅ Ability to work independently and in a team.
