Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Monitor all financial aspects of the project to ensure the project is within the budget.
• Provide project costing, prepare and carry out budgetary control
• Prepare and analyze cost comparison
• Handle monthly progress claim and final claim
• Attending to all relevant administration and documentation for the project
• Experience in tender preparation, measurement and estimation for earthwork / civil engineering / A&A projects
• Taking off quantities
• Compile RFQ, Submit the quotation and Submit the relevant documentation
• All other QS related job

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering/ Building/ Architecture
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, proactive and good communication with Client to meet the deadlines.
• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical
• Applicants must be willing to work in North (Senoko Area)
• Able to commence work within short notice period
