Quantity Surveyor - ACMV

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Tender Surveying, Checking of documents and understanding of specifications;

2. Prepare tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities,

Liaise with the clients / consultants

3. Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts

4. Prepare quotations, variation orders, BQ, cost planning.

5. Coordinating submission of documents to clients and relevant authorities.

6. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

1. At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree,

Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) in Quantity Surveying or Equivalent;

2. Familiar with ACMV /HVAC System;

3. Preferably have local construction experiences;

4. Good working attitude

5. Prefer immediate available candidates.
