QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Collect and handle data, documentations, and evaluate tenders

• Prepare quotations, tender submissions, and analyze contracts

• Create Bill of Quantities, and estimate costs • Assist in quantity measurement and handle ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma/degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or equivalent

• 3+ years' experience in Singapore's construction, engineering, or security system industry (or M&E works tendering process)

• Proficiency in AUTOCAD software

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying

• Applicants with substantial experience will be considered for the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Proactive, good team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines
