Quantity Surveyor

We are a well-established construction company with an enviable track record in major civil engineering and building works. To meet our continuing growth, we require suitably qualified candidates for the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
• Able to do cost estimation independently and accurately
• Taking off quantity for tender
• Final account preparation
• Monthly progress claim
• Certification of sub-contract works
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, surveyors and sub-contractors
• All other related works

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent from a recognized University
• Min 2 - 4 years’ relevant experience
• Good working knowledge in Residential projects, Building & M & E
• Good knowledge of local rules and regulations
• Able to handle take-off, tender etc
• Only Singaporeans and PR
