Job Summary

You will manage civil engineering project tasks by preparing accurate quantity take-offs and quotations, coordinating material orders, and submitting monthly progressive claims to support project delivery and financial tracking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and quotations for civil engineering works to support accurate project costing and bidding
• Submit monthly progressive claims to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for ongoing projects
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, external parties, and agencies to coordinate project activities and resolve issues
• Read and interpret construction drawings to guide project execution and material requirements
• Use MS Office and AutoCAD software to produce and manage project documentation and drawings
• Order materials based on approved construction plans to maintain project schedules and quality standards
• Execute additional tasks and instructions from superiors to support project needs and organizational objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a Civil Engineering Degree Certificate

• Local experience in civil engineering projects is an advantage
