QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS) with Sales Experience

Alif Resource Pte Ltd is looking for a dynamic and motivated QS with Sales background to join our growing team in the construction sector.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 5 years of construction sector sales experience

✅ Valid driving license

✅ Strong QS knowledge

✅ Familiar with HDB tender procedures & ideas

✅ Excellent technical skills to convince customers

✅ Positive attitude & good behavior

What We Offer:

💰 Basic Salary: $1,700 – $2,200

💰 Commission (Sales-based): 5% – 10% (Average take-home approx. $5,000 – $6,500 monthly)

⏰ Overtime pay based on sales performance
