Quantity Surveyor Cum Drafter

QS

• Preparation of tender quotations including taking-off, materials/subcontractors outsourcing and costing
• Competent to interpret the specification and contract documents
• Sourcing of new suppliers and subcontractors
• Analyzing and negotiating costs in preparation of tenser BQ and ensuring cost control
• Preparation of process claims and final accounts with clients and subcontractors
• Measuring of Quantity take off from drawings
• Preparation of variation orders, purchase orders and final accounts

BIM

• Main contractor to steel fabrication coordinator
• Prepare drawing under the supervision of senior Draftsman /Technical Coordinator
• Ensure drawing are produced according to company’s BIM standard and office procedures.

Requirements:

• Academic in relevant Quantity Surveying /Building/Engineering/ BIM, Bachelor’s Degree
• Familiarize in all construction trades and practical aspects of architectural joinery works an advantage
• Proficiency in Revit, Tekla, Autocad, Microsoft office
• At Least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related is required for this position
• Experience in costing and pricing
• Able to work on Multiple projects, Within simultaneous timeline
• Working Hour: Mon-Sat (8.30am to 6.30pm)
