Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter

- Daily update progress report on assigned projects to Project Director

- Responsible for overseeing the overall site progress

- Plan ahead materials need to be used for the assigned project

- Liaise with Sub-contractors and workers on the work progress and schedule

- Ensure all work progress adherence to the safe work procedure

- Ensure familiarization with the scope of works

- Maintain and monitor project schedule, work hours, budget, and expenditures of the materials

- Ensure the work met the Clients expectation

- Attend site show/ liaise with the client
