Job Summary
Responsible for drawing of schematic and CAD drawing related to customer requirement for project progression and claiming purposes. Monitoring of claim status and update management with weekly/monthly reports.
Responsibility
· Monitor project costs, analyze deviations, and provide monthly cost reports.
· Evaluate subcontractor performance and resolve variations or related issues.
· Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with audit standards.
· Assist in drafting contracts, tender documents, and supplier evaluations.
· Create schematic and CAD drawings for project requirements, including TCP, schematics, and As-Built plans.
· Prepare and manage progress claims with clients and subcontractors, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Building/Construction or Quantity Surveying, or equivalent. Additional certifications related to quantity surveying or procurement will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and AutoCAD. Advanced knowledge in Excel, including data analysis capabilities, is preferred.
- Familiarity with Adobe PDF editing or equivalent software.
- Experience in contract drafting, procurement, and administration.
