Job responsibilities:
--preparing cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities
--supervising project bids and analysis, standardizing designs
--collecting data, and document processing, progress estimation, change evaluations, cost control, and settlement.
requirements:
--relevant experience is required,
--need know how to read blueprints, building measurement, AutoCAD skills, able to prepare progress claims and payment certificates.
