Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare budget estimates, perform cost checking, and prepare tender submissions
• Review drawings and specifications to define scope and costing structures
• Handle submission works, contractual requirements, and variation orders (VO)
• Manage progress claims, progress payments, and finalize project accounts
• Carry out quantity take-offs for both tendering and ongoing projects
• Evaluate price comparisons and prepare costing summaries
• Monitor actual construction progress vs contract quantities to control costs
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and vendors

The Talent

• Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Postgraduate qualification
• Educational background in Building Construction or Civil Engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry with main contractors or builders
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
