QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Description & Requirements:

• Perform estimation and taking off quantities and any calculation required.
• Assist in tendering project.
• Monitoring the project plans, working hours, labor control and budgets in specified time frame with the minimum cost.
• Understand the project plans, specifications and explain plans and contract terms to related teams and general workers.
• Assist Project Manager and report daily the site status
• Make sure the differences between tender drawings and construction drawings and then communicate with construction team and take note , record photo for all differences for VO.
• Ensure the costs for all VO works and prepare VO submission to clients.
• Willing to work 6 days/week.
