Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

• Preparation for project tender documents & contracts
• Source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotation to obtain the best prices and terms.
• To perform cost estimation for metal, alum & glazing works, quantity take-off for project during tender & construction, sourcing for supplier & quotation, verifying claims & preparing progress & variation claims
• Assess and prepare the monthly progress claims and variation orders in timely manner.
• To liaise with vendors, site personnel, consultants and subcontractors for all project matters.
• Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirements :

• Diploma/Degree in Building/Structural/Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Min. 5 year relevant experience in metal / aluminum construction industry
• Experienced in the field of metal / aluminum windows and doors & glazing works preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT etc)
• Demonstrate proficiency and competency in a project QS function and can work independently.
• Fast learner and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Able to work as a team player, responsible & meticulous.
