Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Familiar and able to understand general contracts and various tender documents.
• Able to provide budget cost or estimates as per instruction.
• Coordinate with the supplier/contractor regarding follow up on bills and quantities
• To attend site meetings and/or conduct site measurements.
• To reply tender clarification, preparation for tender interview and presentation
• Handle and follow up progress claims, variation orders and settlement of final account with main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and clients
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
• Min 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience
• Able to read architectural drawings
• Able to work under a tight timeline
• Computer skills – Microsoft office skill (Excel, Words. AutoCAD, etc.)

Working Hours: 6 Days Work Week (Mon-Sat)
