Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities

- Carry out quantity take off, prepare bill of quantities

- Prepare tender submission

- Source and liaise with suppliers, subcontractors for quotation

- Verify and certify suppliers, subcontractors progress claims/variation orders, final account

- Prepare monthly progress claims/variation orders with Clients and Consultants

- Attend site show rounds, if needed

- Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

- Recognized Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Singapore construction industry

- Familiar with PSSCOC will be an advantage

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
