QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Description

• Prepare and analyze project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labor, and time
• Administer project variation orders (VO) and submit the project final account for review.
• Monitor deduction for materials bought on behalf of subcontractors/suppliers. On-site verification of works
• Review contractual terms, evaluate variations, and manage claims-related documentation.
• Other relevant duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirement

• Min 2 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry
• Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• Traveling from the office to various sites as required
• Be able to work independently with minimal guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Have good knowledge of the market updates and construction cost trends
