Job Scope for Quantity Surveyor

Roles & Responsibilities:-

· Preparing the quotation based on the project scheme and site meeting to create WO/PO from Client;

· Purchasing of all the Telco & Utility plans and Applying NCE’s (Ex:PUB, Singtel, M1, Starhub & Bluetel);

· Preparing POWS documents and getting approval from concern authority to work near Water mains / Sewerage (Ex: 200 dia, 300 dia, 500 dia & 2000 dia);

· Preparing the ROA based on the site survey to get LTA and Npark approval to work at carriage way and Turf area;

· Supporting documents such as Proposed sketch, traffic control plan & photos page;

· To notify the BOC about road closing near bus stop;

· To notify NEA about night work & weekend work;

· Purchasing GTP drawing through SP Group Portal, prepare the Trialhole report and make submission;

· Applying approval for LTA, Npark & RARL;

· To update the LTA portal for daily works;

· To apply emergency and maintenance work in LTA portal;

· Coordinate with Milling & Patching vendors to do reinstatement for all the road side work completions;

· To generate all the projects related reports for internal and clients;

· Preparing the claims for all the completed projects and submitting before the deadline.

1) Able to take off quantity/quotation for civil engineering work;

2) Submit progressive claim monthly;

3) Able to communicate with internal & external parties & agencies;

4) Local Experiences with be added advantage;

5) Able to read and interpret the construction drawings;

6) Computer knowledge of MS Office + AutoCAD;

7) Must have Civil Engineering Degree Certificate;

8) Order Materials based on approved construction plans;

9) Able to undertake any other instructions and works given by superiors.
