QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Quantity Surveyor for Interior Design Firm

-Attend tender interviews & site show

-Preparation and analyse costing for tenders

-Preparation and submission progress claims, VO and finalization of project accounts.

-To source quotations for relevant trade works including price comparison and cost analysis

-Ensure the construction project is completed within its projected budget

-Verify claims for variation and payments

-Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports

-Other ad-hoc duties from the Management

Requirement

-Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying

-Able to work independently

-Must proficient in use Microsoft Office & AutoCad

-Knowledge of contract administration & tender procedures is an advantage

-Min 3 years relevant experience
