Perform estimation and taking off quantities and any calculation required.

Assist in tendering project.

Monitoring the project plans, working hours, labor control and budgets in specified time frame with the minimum cost.

Understand the project plans, specifications and explain plans and contract terms to status. Make sure the differences between tender drawings and construction drawings. And then communicate with construction team and take note , record photo for all differences for VO.

Ensure the costs for all VO works and prepare VO submission to clients.

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or other relevant disciplines with CONSTRUCTION background or experience.

· Possess at least 3 years’ related experience preferably in construction industry.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

· Well organized with strong problem-solving skills.

· Able to work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Enthusiastic, positive attitude and good team player.

· Willing to work 6 days/week. (Mon-Friday, 8.30am-5.30am, Sat 8.30am-12pm)
