Job Description

· Responsible in evaluating tenders, costs, manage contracts and advice on contractual matter. Preparation of tender submission and tender documentation / drawing.

· Prepare and submit variation and cost claims.

· Identify variation orders and submit accurate cost implications, spreadsheets and formation of sub-contract documents and conditions.

· Explore and implement innovative solutions and best practices on procurement, contract strategy and related function.

· Project budgeting and costing reports.

· Correspondence to all related parties (internal & external) and between all consultants / sub-con, suppliers, clients & etc.

· Assist Manager in all other QS related job not limited to liaison with sub-contractors / suppliers, measurement of quantities, analyse cost comparison & etc.

Requirements:

· Degree in Quantity Surveying

· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

· Strong organizing and time management skills

· Able to work independently and proactive in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
