Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit-out)

Responsibilities:
• Manage project cost proposals, client enquiries, and tender submissions.
• Carry out quantity take-offs, evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, and prepare costing summaries.
• Handle purchase orders, variation orders, progress claims, and settlement of accounts with clients.
• Track deliveries and ensure timely coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support budget planning, cost control, and maintain up-to-date pricing information.
• Conduct site visits when required.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• 5 years of relevant experience preferably in fit-out or interior design projects
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills with good attention to detail
• Proficient in using quantity surveying software and project management tools
• A collaborative team player who is organised and motivated
