Quantity Surveyor

Wing Tuck Engineering Pte Ltd is an established company specializing in Fuel Management System, Civil Engineering, Steel Fabrication and Installation Works. We are seeking fast expansion and are looking for committed and motivated individuals to join us as Quantity Surveyor.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and prepare all contract documentations and schedules as well as providing support in the estimation of project costs, preparation of specifications, bills of quantities and other tender requirements

- Responsible for preparing pre-contract documentation, cost estimates, valuation of monthly progressive claims, quantities take-off, valuate variations order, handling contractual issues and finalisation of project accounts

- Ensure all measurements and itemizations of works are carried out accurately in accordance with the respective method of measurement and records of such are kept and maintained properly

- Ensure proper records and measurements are kept for the sub-contract works and those subcontractors’ payments are paid according to their proper entitlement

- Advising on procurement strategy and sourcing for required material and suppliers

- Ensure all assigned responsibilities relating to quality are carried out in accordance with the Company quality procedures

- Performing risk and value management and cost control

- Perform other ad-hoc duties from the Management

Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical), Quantity Survey or equivalent

- At least 3 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

- Knowledge in Building Contracts and good eye for details

- Meticulous, independent and possess excellent negotiation skills
