Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

• Involve in tender preparation and participation / post contract administration.
• To handle project contracts, monthly progress claims to customers.
• Supporting contract team on measurement, sourcing quotation and cost evaluation.
• Evaluate of quotation and costing summary for approval prior tender submission.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building Management/ Civil Engineering and equivalent.
• Committed, analytical and able to meet tight scheduled duties assigned.
• Independent and a good team player with positive attitude.
• Able to communicate effectively in English & Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking clients and associates.)
• Must have experience in handling LTA/HDB tender documents and submissions.
• Preferably with 3 years of relevant experience.
• MUST HAVE 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore.
